Shipping
We’re proud to ship Pom products across the U.S.
U.S. Orders
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders within the continental U.S. over $75 ship free.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days.
• Express shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may incur an additional shipping fee ($12.50–$60 depending on items).
Returns
We hope you love your Pom products, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Only items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Fees: All returns are subject to a $7.99 return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Process: To initiate a return, please email returns@getpom.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility. We will send you a refund confirmation via email once we have completed your return on our end. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before the shipping label is created.
Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.
Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled but may still be returned under our return policy.
Please note: Order addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
